Dr. Annie Robertson is a licensed psychologist and psychological consultant. She earned both her Masters of Science (MS) and Doctorate degrees (PhD) in Counseling Psychology at the University of Oregon. She has been working in a private practice setting for the last 24 years specializing in treating adolescents and adults with anxiety and mood disorders, eating disorders, relational issues, and trauma. Prior to this she has worked in adolescent residential and day treatment centers as the lead psychologist. She also has worked with Oregon Research Institute as clinical director of a substance abuse treatment research program for adolescents.
Dr. Annie approaches her work integrating Eastern and Western psychological modalities which both help to identify and shift responses to deeply conditioned/ingrained beliefs and patterns.
She works with her clients in an individualized, compassionate, and collaborative manner weaving in interventions adopted from cognitive behavioral, mindfulness based, acceptance and commitment (ACT), systems theory, dialectical behavioral, and neuroscientific orientations.
She helps clients by offering support, skill building, coping skill development and general well being enhancement tools to get their lives back on track to a place where they can fully function and soar.
