Dr Annie has worked in community mental health centers both in individual and family treatment settings. She was the treating psychologist in both day treatment and residential treatment programs for adolescents in the late 90’s and was the clinical director of an adolescent substance research treatment program for two years from 1999 to 2001.
In 2001, she went into full time private practice. She has experience working with a wide range of problems from anxiety, ocd, posttraumatic stress disorder, depressive disorders, adjustment issues, eating disorders, and relationship issues. She is trained extensively in many models of family therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness based psychotherapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
She provides both Western and Eastern approaches to psychology. She has experience working within many models of therapy in a wide variety of settings.
